Arrived here at 757pm. I get it, they close at 8pm and when youre tired and its been a long day, youre ready to go home. But that doesn't mean you can be rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist, older African American woman, said to me when she saw me at 8:01: "oh its 8pm, youre going to have to come back tomorrow" now when I have been standing there for almost 5 minutes with no service becuase they are in rhe back preparing for close. The line is always ridiculous and service is slow.
The service I received as usual from the pharmacy was nothing less than perfect. The kindness and assistance they show at this pharmacy is highly commendable. The staff at this pharmacy are definitely an asset to CVS. There is no room for further improvement, THAT'S how good they are. God bless
Big fan of Smitha and her team. It’s rare that you actually get to know your pharmacist but I’ve been on a medical journey this year and she has been an integral part of my care team. Everyone that works there is very pleasant and will assist in the best way they can.
