This Pharmacy is terrible and the Pharmacist is uncaring and rude! The staff except for the nice young man who gave me my meds was great, he apologized for the staffs behavior!!!
Over recent months this CVS has gone downhill. There is rarely a staff member at the counter, and the rest room is either out of order or the store-person will not give us a key because she is 'on her lunch hour'. Staff are rude and even the pharmacy staff show a real lack of empathy. I am tired of being a cog in the CVS corporate machine so my partner and I have switched to Valley Pharmacy which is independent.
CVS worst service ever. You can be the only one in line and techs all staring at you and no one comes to the counter. Then you get a line of people and move even slower. Never fails and most are rude except for one blonde that’s so sweet.
