This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Had an appointment for a flu shot at 5 pm and uploaded my insurance card to the app ahead of time. I came in and they couldn’t process my insurance and I stood around waiting while they helped multiple other people. The pharmacist refused to call my PBM or another pharmacy or apply any creative problem solving. I could go on, but just entirely unhelpful and I was unable to get a flu shot. And some in this country wonder why people don’t prioritize getting vaccines….
Kim is condescending and short every single time I'm in there. She's completely unwilling to be helpful or think of creative solutions or problem solve. Most other pharmacies can work around issue really well and seem to understand that medication is usually critical, but she's like, "sorry bout your luck". If you can go somewhere else or try to get a different pharmacist.

Will withhold medication without reason, the Male pharmacist is unprofessional and makes little comments under his breath, don’t let your meds get trapped here, they will play games with them. Promised a call back and explanation but never got one. They really don’t care don’t send your meds here
Listen Babe- If you ever wondered what it would feel like to be verbally mauled by a DMV employee in a lab coat — go to the CVS pharmacy in Target on Hayden Island and ask for the pharmacy tech. She’s not just a pharmacy tech, she’s a one-woman customer service demolition crew! I walked in, already exhausted from the usual insurance circus, and when I handed over my ID like any functioning adult trying to pick up a prescription, she goes, “This isn’t Washington.
