The team members at this location go above and beyond for their customers. They memorized names and brighten our days by being friendly and conversation. They work hard and we never have to wait long for prescriptions. They educate on vaccinations and go out of their way in service. Always welcoming and warm!
Thanh was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.
They are obviously short staffed. And seems like customer time does not matters. Every time I come, there is a long line. Once the lady told me to come back in the afternoon, so I did and still my prescription was not ready, she had forgotten. I asked for text message for when medication ready and their ststem has bugs, sometimes I get a call notification (not what I asked for) and only sometimes.
