Just had a phone call with the most uptight pharmacist at 11am today. I don’t know if she’s on her period — it doesn’t sound like she’s at the age to be going through that though — or if her hormones are off but she gave me the nastiest attitude over the phone. Called to ask about my refills and ended up being gaslit. I’m so glad that those calls are recorded because I need someone to look over them and check her attitude for me.

This was beyond frustrating. My fiancée is sick and needs her medication today, not tomorrow. We were told there are “only two staff members” and that it won’t be ready. That’s not the patient’s fault. When someone is unwell, timing matters. Hearing that nothing can be done because you’re short staffed feels careless and unacceptable. Healthcare should prioritize urgency and communication, especially when people are depending on medication to feel better. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled.
