I have been going to CVS at Target South for several years now. The staff are so friendly and professional and always answer my questions clearly. To reduce wait times and initiate a smoother process, they recently implemented a new system so the customers can add their information onto a computer, which initiates the process and makes the process move more smoothly. Every time I go there, they are understaffed and poorly trained. Today I went to buy Sudafed and the cashier messed it up by scanning my drivers license twice which caused my transaction to be canceled and rejected! I called pharmacy customer relations and after 25 minutes was told it was a “store error” and try again. I spent >45 minutes just trying to buy Sudafed! It’s like this is where the failure pharm students are working. Never have I seen such incompetence from a pharmacy. Will never go here again, they can’t handle the simplest requests.
