Do not send your prescriptions to this pharmacy. I moved to West Ashley and decided to switch our families prescriptions from Walgreens to this CVS. Well, every time there is an issue with something. Either they don’t fill things when they need to be filled, never had this issue at Walgreens, or put the prescription back early (policy says 7 days, they have put two for my daughters back in 3 before)! Cannot talk to a person without going thru too many options. I just sold all of m my CVS stock.
Your pharmacist is rude as hell. I went to use my good rx discount that my doctor sent me since I do not have health insurance and she had the nerve to tell me I was only saving two dollars and if I wanted to use it I’ll have to wait another 15 minutes because she had other people to help... I waited just like everyone else for my turn so do what needs to be done it’s only two dollars but that two dollars could have been my child’s lunch.
I've been on hold for 25 minutes, and hung up on twice now, just to see if my prescription was ready. if this was not the only pharmacy by me I would not go here. They obviously don't care about the customers
