I get my Rx here only because I have no choice due to my insurance
I like them because they give me my drugs. I don't like them because they won't let one get syringes without an on file prescription. Or a prescription on you. Who has that unless they use CVS for their insulin? Scenario #1: family member is sick and bound to the house from covid and happens at the time of them needing their syringes . Greedy pharma. They will overfill your prescription so that you pay more than you have to, wont take it back if you ask to be corrected. Never using them again.
Not good. They are terrible about answering the phone.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And they make-up their own hours. Closed at 5:45pm while I was standing there waiting on a 3rd prescription. I was told they were understaffed and the pharmacist said she had to leave to pick a child up from day care and I could come back tomorrow. The pharmacy clearly displays that their hours are open until 7pm. Very disappointing. Plan to move my prescription somewhere else.
