The staff there is so rude. We were forced into switching to CVS in Porter, TX when Porter Family closed. I immediately put in a transfer to Med Point, but because of a hiccup with our insurance we had to stay with CVS for a few weeks while Med Point got it sorted out. I was at Med Point the other day when they called to have one of our meds transferred. They had the phone on speaker and the woman from CVS was SO rude. nice visit to the minute clunic
Got my Flu vaccine today. I have a touch of PTSD from needles. The Pharmacist was very sweet and gentle and my anxiety was very minimal! Thank you for understanding!
Today made a phone call to CVS pharmacy. Put on hold for 49 minutes. The justification by the employees including the pharmacist was that "we are only three staff today". most often the service is very bad. if you can give me a call, I can talk to you many many bad experiences I have had
Dropped off a prescription and was told it would take 30 minutes to fill it, left and came back 20 minutes later and they were closing this was at noon!! I understand needing to go home because of weather BUT they wouldn’t even give us the paper scripts back! Now my son who JUST had surgery this morning has no pain meds because they can’t be transferred without the paper copy and I can’t go back and get another script because it’s norco and state will not approve another fill because it’s a controlled substance and it shows ... read more
I used curbside pickup for one item. It took just under 4 hours for it to be ready, then I was waiting for 10 minutes before going inside to pick it up myself. Also, the pharmacist was not helpful in getting by my insurance to cover my medications. I have a primary and a secondary. When my primary wouldn't cover one, she said there was nothing she could do. I went to a different CVS in a target store and the pharmacist transferred my scripts and got my insurance to cover my medications.
The wife and I visit this location (minute clinic) once a year for our health assessment for our insurance. As far as THAT experience goes it was quick and informative as to what we need to do in changing our diet for a healthier quality of life.
