Hello this morning I came to CVS on William Howard Taft in Cincinnati Ohio the time was approximately 12:45 a.m. . I went to CVS this morning to retrieve my medication that was set to be filled today July 15th 2018. I went to CVS @ 1916 Williamsbridge Rd in the Bronx, NY 4/3/17 @9:19p. The cashier that assisted me was Christina #1194462. I came in to purchase the Tide pods or Gain flings 12-16ct 3.94 and with $3 manufacturer coupon from the Sun paper your circular clearly indicates would reduce my price to .94. She indicated I wasnt able to complete the purchase for that price due to an email she received from corporate. I need someone to explain this to me, thank you
I was greeted nicely and a lady walking the floor was helpful in answering my questions. However at Checkout the cashier put my two items in a plastic bag even though I had my own bag. When I said I didn't need a plastic bag she crumpled it and threw it in the trash bin. CVS you need to reduce the use of plastic bags and encourage recycling.
