CVS pharmacy in target has been the easiest pharmacy to navigate. I have had a wonderful experience, dealing with the pharmacy tax and the pharmacists. Their system is easy to navigate, Although you cannot call and get someone on the phone, when you leave a message, they’re prompt at returning your phone calls. They will even help you find your prescription at another CVS if they don’t have it. The Pharmacist, Chris, at CVS Fitchburg, always is professional, accurate and makes us feel important.
I hate being forced to use CVS to fill my prescriptions. My prescription insurance provider will not allow me to use any other pharmacy. I hate that we have no after-hours pharmacy. I dislike that we have no options. I dislike that the pharmacy is sometimes understaffed. I would leave CVS if I could, just on principle. CVS would have to go to great lengths to regain my trust. The people working at this CVS are quite good. There are issues, but those people are not the ones causing the issues.
