very good service & quick to fill my request
After moving we switched our prescriptions to this CVS. This is by far the best pharmacy we have used for our multiple prescriptions over many years. Every employee is helpful and personable, and goes out of their way to accommodate our prescriptions requests. We would highly recommend this pharmacy.
Mean pharmacy tech and not good at customer service
The pharmacy auto generates text messages to let you know your scripts are ready, only for the pharmacy staff to refuse service. CVS tech is outdated and the pharmacy manager Jennifer Cammack simply refused to take owernship of an issue caused by her own organization. Shrugging your shoulders and deflecting to avoid the situation isn’t a form of customer service.
