I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I went in simply asking for a price estimate for vaccines and to confirm whether they accept my insurance. Instead of providing any guidance or trying to help, the staff member just said she couldn’t do that and ended the conversation there. The phone tree when you call is extremely inaccessible to disabled people and the elderly. I am young and I even have trouble with it. They changed it to ONLY respond to voice and doesn't even give an option to press a button to answer a question so if the robot can't understand me, I get no where. It will also try for WAY too long to fill a script that is controlled and must be manually called in every time. You cannot call and speak to a pharmacy member. You get an automated system where you must leave a message and wait for someone to return your call.
