CVS has changed to be non-verbal with their customers. Calling on the phone produces a robot that cannot answer any questions and will not transfer you to a human. At the pharmacy you can not tell your name and BD to the worker there but must tap your way through a much slower process with their computer and then wait for the worker to see it on their computer and then they will look for your stuff. Canceled vaccine appointment due to staffing shortage
I came in to get my vaccine shot and the staff looked surprised to see me. I had an appointment. Overall, the staff made me uncomfortable because they didn't know what to do and they looked flustered about the shot. It made me felt like they didn't want to deal with me. They were acting unprofessional and I honestly didn't feel comfortable getting a vaccine shot here. I'm glad they didn't accept my insurance. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend coming here for any vaccine shot.
