if you have a choice use Walgreens. this CVS pharmacy dept would not assist in trying to match a hearing aid battery for my elderly aunt. they were content with knowing that she was in a rehab with no ability to hear what was being said to her. the local Walgreens went the extra step and opened a package to see if they could match to what was needed. no more spending my money with CVS.
I had a bad experience with pharmacy personnel at this CVS store with Sonja refusing to fill my prescription because I also use Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacy manager flat out lied to me also. I have spoken to both the pharmacy and store managers. I won't be shopping there anymore but if anyone else encounters this the number to file a complaint is 1-800-shopcvs.
Feces on the floor in the men's room. When I spoke to a women to complain today. Her response was that they pressure clean the tile once a month. Then she goes on to say that Frances the manager is in charge of monitoring the men's bathroom in between steam cleaning. No comment about I'll have someone take care of that right away. Her attitude was not my deal. This was on 10/15/16.
