POOR FORM CVS. Shelves empty and an employee brings 3 multipacks of paper towels and puts behind register. Told person in front of me no more these are saved for someone else!!!!! Just exactly how do you get on the “save for me list”?
I cannot stand this CVS. I have never come here and not waited forever to pick up any prescription. Even when no line. We had just switched to Walgreens last Fall and loved the speed & efficiency. Our ins changed in Jan and were forced back to CVS. Not sure if they are understaffed or what but they need to do better in my opinion.
The people there have never been rude or disrespectful but their automated refill system needs to be updated or completely changed. A few times now the automated system says my meds are ready for pick-up, when I get to the store, they're not ready.
If I could give a -5 I would. They called to tell me my prescription was ready I went there still in my for 20 minutes to find out it was an error in the system then had to get back in line after waiting 10 minutes for it to be done to wait another 40 minutes in line for the cashier so she could go to lunch hate CVS.
Was referred here by urgent care because my pharmacy was already closed and its open 24 hrs.Worse experience when u have a severe tension headache and the pharmacist Trung is so rude stating he doesn't want to "kill anyone" because he is so stressed out.. Wow. Thanks CVS for making your customers wait over an hour and then disrespect them just because we are trying to fill a medically necessary pain reliever. Never coming here again!
Left the hospital at 2:30 AM. Had to go to the 24 hour pharmacy (CVS) where the hospital electronically sent the prescription. Guess what? The 24 hour pharmacy is closed! Oh, sorry, can't reach the pharmacist for an hour. Can't get my prescription, can't reach the pharmacist, oh mind waiting till 3:30 AM? CVS you just lost a customer! Pathetic
Pharmacy people were rude and kept sending me from one line to another.
