An hour and 30 minutes in line, after “making an appointment “ And instead of giving me the courtesy of staying in my spot until NP returns from the break I was sent back to the line to wait another hour or so, that was so disrespectful. The technician has the nerves to sent me to get some lunch and comeback in 30 minutes and do the line all over! Wow!!

I have been to the Minute Clinic a couple times now and each time has been very efficient! It is nice to be seen quickly and get my prescriptions in the same place when I'm not feeling well! Thanks to the Nurse Practitioner who saw me and to CVS for this service!
Rude workers!! I was talked to ugly by an older male employee. I was shocked that he (employee) spoke to me ( the customer) this way !
