I came in for my first Shingles shot. Staff was friendly and efficient. The pharmacist was a very kind man who explained everything to me and I didn’t even feel the shot. Cudos to this mornings shift.
Service has gotten really bad. Prescriptions that are phoned over early morning 8:30 AM. Even after calling CVS at noon and being told they are working on it still aren't done at 5:30 PM. Told 15 minutes. Go home at 6:30 try calling to see if they are done and on hold for over 30 minutes. The pharmacy never even picked up the phone, My husband rides up there at 7:10 and tells me to hang up, The RX still isn't filled. The worst CVS ever! I will never go back to the CVS. Bad customer service and worst management! Unprofessional people working there! Don't go there, they will accuse you of theft!!!
We've had various complaints with the pharmacy dept at this location, but most recently they somehow managed to have typo in their phone number on their RX labels that has listed our personal number as the pharmacy's #. Completely unacceptable!? No one knows the extent of the error, but it is possible we may have to change our phone number b/c of their error. Shameful to broadcast someone's personal number that way. Makes me seriously think twice about what other errors they might be making.
