Received text prescription ready. I go pick it up 2 hours later and they tell me it will be another 30 minutes until it is ready. Was prescribed new medication at the start of the day. Went to pick up prescription later that night and it still was not ready.

Staff has always been friendly, kind and even remembers you at times and will engage in meaningful small talk while filling the order. Takes a great level of patience to deal with people often sick, grumpy, and the “not fast enough for me” mentality now a days (I’’m old).

The efficieny of prescriptions being filled is decent. However, customer service needs some major works. It was rude being on hold but worse when they hang up while on hold and expect the customer to be calm and courteous.

Received multiple reminders that my prescription was ready but I had already picked it up last week.. sent them a text to advise them I had the script without requesting a call back. They called me back anyway and after saying 5 times that I had already picked up my order, the woman on the phone hung up on me..that’s very professional! No wonder the pharmacy gets such bad reviews.
