It is too difficult to get to an actual person when needed. I have tried multiple times to get my meds refills to sync and when this doesn’t happen it becomes a chore to address it. I left a voicemail message on one occasion and never heard back, though they said that they would respond back within 2 hours. I understand being busy but I live 1/2 hour away and am trying to avoid multiple trips if possible.
I got tired of the disorganization, craziness and rudeness at the CVS on W Main St so just moved my prescriptions to the CVS in Target. The first time there it was heaven! The pharmacist was friendly and efficient. Can't believe it took me this long to switch!
This place has gone downhill recently. The pharmacist act like they don't want to be bothered by customers. Lizette was friendly and cared about the customer. It's unfortunate that she is no longer at that location. My friends have the same complaint. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Quick and easy flu vaccination. Was in and out in 5 minutes. The staff had no business being this quick! 10/10.
