The rudest staff in the world. I asked about hand sanitizer, which says is available at this store online. I was told "don't know, we have to go through those grey totes." I asked if we could do that and I would help. her response "I'm not opening those totes for you or anybody until I am good and ready." K. Thanks witch!
In the drive thru from 8:00-8:40 PM and only three cars in front. Plus they said they were closing soon and couldn't fill the scrip. Totally unacceptable service.
I've never had any problems here, but tonight I waited 3 hrs for one prescription. Not enough pharmacists working. Please give them more ppl behind the counter. They really need the help.
CVS in Hamden is the most inefficient and slowest pharmacy I have ever visited. Other CVS locations nearby are great but this location in particular is awful. Poor customer service and long wait times along with rude employees. With the exception of 2 young ladies this store is awful. Steer clear!
