Since Ahmed left, the service and professionalism at this CVS branch have gone downhill. About a week ago, I picked up my prescription and was charged without insurance, I ended up paying triple the amount. When I asked if the price included insurance, the staff member assured me it did. The next day, I returned, and thankfully Tiffany was able to resolve the issue.
