Despite the fact that the dr put in a prescription at 9:00, had the surgery at 8:30, was in recovery until 12:00, and drove to CVS by 12:30; there was still a 30 minute wait for the scrip. Ridiculous!
The screw up my online photo orders all the time!!!! They said they would be ready to pick up at 10am. Of course they are not ready, they never are!!!
Agree with the issues in the pharmacy. I also got a extra care rewards, got it Jan 14 and by Jan 28th it was already expired!! What a crock, earn them and you can't use them if you don't go right away. They should make them valid for at least a month.
BEWARE - they double charge sales tax (I'm sure they aren't submitting both either). I had pictures printed for same day pickup. I finished the order at 2:45 on a Thursday. They estimated by 3:45 they would be done but they weren't completed until 9 that night. Not too upset about that, I did have a lot printed and was planning to pick up on Friday anyway. When I went there today (Friday) I was double charged sales tax. The order online had a total of $26, with tax the order total was $27.85. They ran up the photos at $27.85... read more
Worst pharmacy. On more than one occasion they've screwed up my prescription. Most recently they let me sit for 20 mins in the drive up while they "searched" for it because the computer said it was done. Five separate people couldn't find it. They said they were going to redo it and call me when it's done. Four hours later and I still haven't heard a thing. All this after it was called in YESTERDAY! How much more time do you need? Just terrible.
