Terrible customer service. I paid for my meds for delivery and somehow my package was picked up in Montgomery and was sent to Florida where it is now lost. USPS can’t help me and CVS won’t issue a refund. Any type of customer service in Montgomery sucks but especially here. If you like throwing away money and never getting what you paid for then definitely CVS on Atlanta Highway in Montgomery Alabama is the place for you
The worst customer service. Always have problems with my cvs card and coupons. No other cvs has this problem.
When you wait 3 - 6 hours to pick up meds, something is wrong somewhere. CVS on Coliseum Blvd is a joke. I will change next month.
The pharmacy service is really bad. Every time I come here I can't wait on scripts they always tell me and wife to come back in 3 to 4 hours. Every Time Customer service isn't what it used to be.. Might be time to switch
This Pharmacy is a Joke. Customer service stinks I MEAN never do they have prescriptions filled on time are hardly ever right. We as a family will no longer use them are recommend them. Save your self the time and frustration and use a different pharmacy.
They are ridiculously slow!!! Medication is NEVER ready on time.
They need help at the Atlanta highway and coliseum Blvd store. Been waiting on meds since before 6 pm called at 9 and was told it'd be about another hr went to pick up at 1130 and was told I had no insurance. Uh yeah I do..... filled here several times before. So I give insurance card and get told oh well its gonna take about another hour to put this in the system. Get it together people!!!!! Sure glad no one is dieing. Would have been better to drive further away and go to walgreens!!!!!
