RecommendedMost of the people know I LOVE MY CVS in WAXAHACHIE Tx. The entire staff is always very nice and the store is always clean. The pharmacy takes their time with each customer especially some that are getting a little older. HORRIBLE. I have a problem every single time I go and it is ALWAYS the people at the pharmacy messing up and they are always exceedingly rude about it. Not insurance, not the doctor, but the pharmacy and the the people who work there. I switched to HEB several months ago but my Dr recently accidentally called apt script insure to CVS. I decided to just pick it up and switch it back later, HORRIBLE MISTAKE. I’m in the cvs store even as I write this. I ordered a photo book on line. The CVS in Corsicana can’t print the book because their machine still is not working. I ordered the book from the cvs in Waxahachie. A couple of days later I received an email that my order was ready. I drove over here just to find out it hasn’t even been printed. My name is Ed. In December 2017, my wife went to the CVS in Dallas near the Baylor hospital, while I was a patient in the hospital. My Wife selected a Khols gift card and put 40$ on it. Our friend received the card for his birthday and the following weekend and tried to use it , and was told there was nothing on it. Went to CVS to get things for the trip. Sonic Care (CVS) toothbrushes are suppose to be buy one get one 50% off. Get to the register and they ring up full price, I questioned Joel the cashier, and he proceeds to tell me, that price isn't good until midnight! It's 10:30pm and the sign shouldn't be up. That is false advertising and against the law. The man just threw his hands up and said I don't know what to tell you! Umm how about get a manager and honor the price!
