My Wife went in to get some children's medicine. Our 6yo daughter needed a restroom. The lady at the counter told my Wife they were not letting people use them. Then turned to her coworker and said "I'm going to the bathroom and then I'll relieve you." We understand people are afraid of covid but we are all humans and a 6yo little girl would have treated you better. That's the last time we buy anything from any CVS anywhere. 6 years old! SIX! Absolutely ridiculous!
Just picked up my sons prescription thru the drive thru. Was helped by Brandyn. I had to repeat my sons info multiple times and spell things out so he understood, so either you need to fix the intercom issue or hire people that pay attention. Then he says my payment amount and normally you need to sign for meds or they will send a clipboard out for payment. because u guys need to work on getting your customers in and out of drivthrow every time I come here u guys have me waiting for 3hours
My prescription was not ready...... 5 days AFTER I called it in...... the lady at the window was anything but helpful. We had to wait 2 times ( 15 minutes each time) went back 2 hours later and it still wasn’t ready......... not impressed and last time I will use CVS
Every time I pick up a prescription, they get something wrong. The lines are too long and most of the time the customer service is garbage. Switching pharmacies ASAP.
Slowest place ever. I go to CVS in downtown Minneapolis where they service 400,000 people and there’s two or three people working in the pharmacy. I am out of there in a matter of minutes I can always expect a 20 minute wait at this place with a dozen people working in the pharmacy. Was my second trip there this week because earlier in the week I called in a prescription and went to pick it up and after waiting 24 minutes and it wasn’t in the computer yet I left. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost!! They try to upcharge you and also told me they tried to call me about a prescription (several times) but funny thing is cell phones log all your incoming/outgoing calls and they did NOT even attempt to call or text me. When asked about it the pharmacist said the tech must have "misdialed". Several times? Give me a break. Won't go to CVS for ANYTHING in the future.
Really CVS. Do you really feel that you need to be open when everyone else is closed. Shame on you. Are you paying your employees double time for having to work and not being able to be with their families? So disgusted �
Never again! Rudest and laziest staff ever! I have been going here for a long time and I will never step foot in here again! Done!
