Calling the pharmacy is a waste of time with the stupid AI answering. Meds are always out of stock. Got a message this morning a new script was received from my Dr. Just to get a txt t mins later that my script is outdated and that I need a new script. One time I received a txt that they received a prescription and 2 days go by and called in to find out what the problem was and they said they didn't have a prescription for me. Everyone at this CVS are amazing. They always greet me with a smile. Go the extra mile to help me. They always find me discounts without me even asking. Recommend to everyone
On September 10th I had retinal hernia surgery (hernia in abdomen above my belly bottom) and my doctor put in my medication an hour before my surgery. There was a Pryor authentication needed. It took 4 days of me calling them and coordinating with my doctor office to get it all straightened out because they didn’t think my doctor was legit. They had the option of calling on the first day when they noticed it but until I started pushing for it they didn’t do much
