Cvs pharmacy on sunrise and Ramon are the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve always used Cvs in other cities. It takes them 20 minutes to attend to you every time. I don’t get it. Went to Walgreens to see if it was different and it is. Very fast survive. I hate to switch because it’s out of the way but I’m getting fed up with these people.
Employees aren't familiar with transfer function in app. Pharmacy does not get transfer requests however you'll received a confirmation email stating that the prescription will be ready in 4 hours. Employees have argued that the transfer function in the app doesn't exist when clearly it does. I've placed a request in the app and placed 2 phone calls from in the last 3 days and still waiting for prescription to be transferred.
I received a text message that I had a prescription ready so when I inquired I was treated as though I had initiated the request. On many occasions I have been misinformed by staff about when prescriptions are ready even the ones I initiated. But in this instance it was the fault of their automated system but instead of saying that (which they have before) I was treated as though I was making the mistake in a dismissive manner. I picked up a prescription for 2 different medications on Saturday. One prescription was for 15 pills and the other was for 30 pills. When I went to take one of my meds last evening, I discovered that there were not 30 pills, but rather 15. So I called the pharmacy today and was told to bring in the bottle and they would give me the additional pills I was due. The store is always neat and orderly. Staff are friendly and helpful. I can usually find the items I need. When CVS sends me a 30% off coupon I go shopping.
