Just got home from my covid testing at CVS Pharmacy in Newark. I would have felt much better about it if the person who walked me thru the test was wearing their PPE PROPERLY!! I am soo tired of this crap!!! The mask goes OVER your nose!!!
As part of his job, my son has to regularly pick up prescriptions for his client. This client has a LOT of prescriptions to fill so refills are requested weeks in advance to give CVS ample time to prepare them. Despite the advanced notice, they had only managed to fill a small portion of the prescriptions by the time my son was asked to pick them up. They need to learn their own coupon policys! Smh. Theres a few who work there that i really like, then theres some who need to take a required class to understand what their own policy means :) (yes, even their "supervisors" )
I've been waiting on hold for the pharmacy for 15 minutes listening to horribly annoying pitchy music... Op no someone picked up and hung up on me. Wow!
Pharmacy service is horrible. Waited 15 minutes in line at the drive through and not a single car was helped. Went in and waited another 10 minutes. The prescription that was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes had still not been filled. The I only reason I go here is because it's so close to my house. May need to find another pharmacy though!
This CVS has some of the most courteous staff. One of the employees (Brad) is always very helpful. He helped me find great coupons for my purchases. The pharmacy staff is friendly even when busy.
