RecommendedI would like to thank whoever the pharmacist was on duty last night when my daughter stopped by just before 11pm. She had just taken my 3 week old grandson to the ER and needed meds. The insurance had not been set up for him yet and the price was well over $100. The pharmacist took the time to run it through GoodRX and lowered the price to $54. That in itself would have been great, but he also took the money from his own pocket to pay for it. I am not a fan of CVS but this act of kindness was above and beyond.
Cassie has been rude to not only me on multiple occasions. This time she was rude to my mother and shut the face in her window TWICE. she was rude and and attitude just like all the other times i come to CVS which is multiple times a week. I have said something before about the same concern and management said it would be a coaching opportunity. I love CVS everyone there is very friendly and helpful
In the last month I have had my prescriptions screwed up FOUR TIMES!!! And now I have to make ANOTHER TRIP because they didn't give my husband all my meds tonight when made a special trip! If we hadn't been FORCED to switch from WALGREENS, I'd go back in a hot minute! I wish I could give negative stars for this review! I am beyond ticked off!!! CVS, you get an F-------!
