RecommendedI usually choose a pharmacy because of convenience, but today, this team went above and beyond and I am not even a customer. They made sure I was able to take my insulin when I accidently left my pen needles at home. That makes a world of difference. We need more people and companies like that in this world! Absolutely HATE this pharmacy. Robert is a useless, inconsiderate pharmacist. Worst pharmacy ever as they never have anything in stock. Not even worth a star.
The lady who works nights in pharmacy is the best in conroe
I have used this CVS for the 2 years I have lived in Conroe and have always had issues, however, after this week I will be looking for a new pharmacy. I have been trying to refill a prescription since Friday and today had to go to the store and call my Drs office. Your staff lied and hung up on me. None of the faxes for refill went to my Drs office and they then lied and said they called the Drs office.
