Poor service
This CVS has lousy customer service. I brought something brand new and clearly marked with the CVS brand to return and they refused to refund or exchange it without a receipt. Not even for store credit. Hope it’s worth the loss of future business - think I’ll stick to Walgreen’s from now on.
Honestly, this is a very poor quality CVS and most others are heading in that direction. No wonder their business is tanking. This is a pharmacy. There is no room for mistakes. When you have a great impact on the health and well-being of another person, you just can't have substandard employees being negligent.
