Since the covid outbreak, it seems that the minute clinic just wants to have you tested for covid. I stressed the other day that I felt like I had strep along with some other symptoms. They refused to do a strep test. Gave penicillin "just in case" and told me to get tested for covid(was negative) and I still do not feel good. They just don't try hard enough when it comes to keeping essential products in stock. they may be feasible for filling prescriptions, but it stops there. #SHAMEFUL
This location (K & N, O'Fallon MO) has repeatedly mishandled prescriptions needed by a friend of mine, costing them unnecessary extra copays and causing physical/medical harm due to a script not being ready in time when it was needed. A mistake now and then is human. This is a pattern, and the fact that it's been allowed to become and remain a pattern is inexcusable.
I always stock up on vitamins when they have their bogo sales. Sales associate was very nice.
Love the minute clinic! This has been a blessing! Everyone I've had at the Hwy K & N location have been the best!
The CVS Minute Clinic was just the best! Wonderful Nurse Practitioner. Efficient system got me in and out, all with a non-rushed conversation about my diagnosis and treatment plan. Great system!
