One particular tech said my daughter's med would be ordered and in the next day. It wasn't, because she forget to put the order in. Same excuse the next TWO days. I was about to take the prescription elsewhere. After other mix ups, I am ready to go to another pharmacy. The pharmacists themselves are always great and eager to answer questions or help in any way. They are the only reason I gave more than one star.

Piss poor customer service. The automated recording called my husband's number (I've never given his number as a contact for my prescriptions) to let him know my meds were ready for pickup although I had not ordered a refill as I was no longer taking that med. He had picked it up not knowing I didn't need it so I took it back a few days later with receipt and unopened but was talked to like an idiot in front of other customers after waiting in line 20 minutes for 1 person ahead of me. No refund!

After having three perscriptions sent to the cole rd CVS I was able to pick up 2. They were out and had to order the other one stated it would be in the next day. Went by the followin day still nothing blamed it on Presidents Day. Came by 4 days later and te medicine was never ordered. Was told to just use something over the counter. Horrible customer service. And this was after waiting 30 min in th drive through with only 1 car in front of me.

This pharmacy has the absolute worst service I have ever seen at a pharmacy. They kept putting off filling our prescription to the point to where we almost had to wait the next day. The prescription was originally filled at 11:00 am and it's 4:00 and still not filled. I mean, it's not that difficult to mix a few things together and ring it up.
