I placed an order for 2 prescriptions at 5:15pm. I had to call them at 6:30 to see if they were ready and they said YES. I asked if they could fill a third...and they said not until tomorrow. Really....they stop filling before 6:30pm???? At 8:00pm they decided to take the second one off an unexplained "hold" and fill it after making me wait in line for over an hour. I reminded them I needed the third and told them I'd better be able to get it by closing time TOMORROW. Figured to give them a day's notice. I guess i embarrasse... read more
A Special Thank You to pharmaceutical Specialist (MARY) who was Most Helpful in transferring my moms medication form one pharmacy to CVS. With the new changes in health care for 2015 my 82 year old mother was able to get her meds refilled with no problem just a few basic questions answered.
The pharmacy wait is just ridicoulous!!
