My husband and I have repeatedly experienced delays in having our prescriptions filled in a timely manner. As a pharmacy, timeliness and reliability are critical—patients depend on their medications for their health and well-being. Unfortunately, this location has consistently failed to meet that basic expectation. CVS personnel, store and pharmacy are always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile whether to compare price, give me directions to aisles in the store and overall informative.
I have had wonderful experiences using the CVS Pharmacy but there were times when assistance was needed due to wrong pill count number (less than prescribed) but they corrected that issue. They have spear headed insurance issues in my past. All individuals within the pharmacy are professional, kind and helpful.
I get my OTC products here. I also find healthy snacks. I don't find other stores at a good price. Store is always clean, friendly, and helpful staff.
