Recommendeddon't go in on Sundays. the manager Lily is a miserable excuse for a human being. she is rude, abusive, escalates issue and has 0 customer service. she should be moved to somewhere she doesn't have to interact with customers. she told me that she didn't care about my question
Have had countless problems with the pharmacy. The pharmacist's way of handling issue is by being rude. Seems to be a trend based on what I have read and heard from others. Tried to address the issue with the Store Manager. He decided it was not important to call me back.
2 prescriptions sent over electronically by urgent care. went from 20 min to 1 hour to finally over 26 hours later when they were finally ready... these were needed sooner for cough and respiratory. i’ve also had other family state the same about extended wait times for prescriptions. i’ll be going to another pharmacy.
My 5 year old son was in the hospital for 4 days with pneumonia. We got discharged yesterday and I called CVS on Summer St. as soon as I left South Shore Hospital making sure the amoxicillin would be ready when we got there. The pharmacist said it would be ready for pick up when we got there. (Doctor sent script at 8:00am) we got there around 9:45 and pharmacist said it would be another 15-20 mins before it was ready. I was on hold with the pharmacy for 52 minutes without speaking to a human. When I called back to speak to the CVS supervisor she was very rude and did nothing but put me back on hold. Will not be coming back here and will be filing a report with the flagship store.
This CVS is the worst drugstore. I was trying to get my prescriptions refilled yesterday. They told me my insurance didn't go through. I called blue cross they called CVS while I was on the phone. I went to get my prescriptions after work and they are trying to charge me full cash price.after becoming upset they ran it again and i waited 10 minutes. My name was called and I went to pay. I just left a CVS after waiting in line twice because the person at the register didn't fully explain your ridiculous coupon policy. If I'm not taking advantage of a Buy 1 Get 1 50% off, I should be able to use my coupon on the single full price item. Seriously, in however many years you've had the CVS Rewards Card program, I've never been given a coupon I could use.
The minute clinic should really be called just a clinic, it's not a minute,however the nurse was great! The pharmacy had a lot to do but seemed like they where not terribly organized . We need another clinic on104
