Poor customer service, was on hold with CVS on grand river/Southfield over 30 mins and got hung up on, called back twice still no live person
They need more help... they slow and never have your prescription ready.
This is got to be the slowest CVS in the city. Prescription was put in at 2pm... tried to pick it up at 7pm...still had to wait an hour!
