This CVS pharmacy in Crabapple has some of the nicest people. I would recommend this pharmacy.
I've used this CVS for almost 20 years and the past 2 it has COMPLETELY come off the rails. It's to bad because a lot of the retail staff are very nice. The new pharmacist just can't get anything correct. If all my pres. Are there each month it's a miracle but the price is almost always off. EVERY MONTH they have to re-enter at least one and usually several holding not just me up but everyone else in line. I have been trying to get a prescription filled at another pharmacy for months. I went to the CVS on Crabapple Road, they consulted with me, ordered the medication and I had it in a week. Going to transfer all my other prescriptions to this location.
This place is the worst. New leave a message system is crap. Three messages and no return call. I’m done.
