I tried calling to get help but all I got was AI. It wouldn’t help me and it made it impossible for me to talk to someone at the store. The whole point of calling was to avoid driving to the store but looks like that’s what I have to do.

The telephone system for CVS pharmacy absolutely sucks! It is not possible to even talk to a pharmacy employee. The current system requires you to get a call back. That is not acceptable!
