Always short staffed .. on purpose
I visit this pharmacy often, it is clean and has friendly, helpful employees. However your recent termination of a long term employee, Vicki seems to be unfair. Regardless of what your policy is, she acted in the best interest of your store, customers and employees. She was non-aggressive, sought security, protected herself and others and then you did not even let her know she was terminated. She was treated unfairly.
