I have had a great experience since transferring my prescriptions here from Walgreens! The staff is always so nice and helpful. I get my prescriptions much faster and always get a call back when I leave a message.
What an awesome pharmacy & we love that we can get Starbucks on the way out at Target, Dana Drive location. Karen is wonderful & so is the young girl who alternates with her (round glasses). Karen remember our three names in my family & almost each birthdate, which is amazing. She has been extremely helpful with meds, shots reminders, & they are both quick to send requests to Physicians for all of us. Pharmacists are kind & knowledgeable.
This USED to be my favorite pharmacy. Until today. Called to see if I could possibly get a prescription a couple days early since I'm going out of town and the pharmacist i talked to (said she was the new manager) was extremely disrespectful with horrible customer service skills. She said if she filled it for me she would NEVER fill anything early for me again. I was okay with that.
