I had a scheduled vaccine appointment to be perfectly clear not a COVOD VACCINE! and pre-ordered the required medication over a week in advance, only to be told at the appointment that CVS didn’t have it. No call. No warning. No solution offered. What made it worse was the staff interaction — the bedside manner was dismissive and openly irritated, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the pharmacy exists. The Target location need to stagger their lunch and not have all staff go to lunch at the same time closing up shop for lunch. This was never done for years and now its the norm. To me this is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERIVCE.
Scheduled my flu shot on the CVS app. Easy to follow instructions, pleasant and knowledgeable staff, and painless!
