I was turned away today while visibly ill, despite needing only a quick pickup of my prescriptions. The staff member told me to return after 2:00, even though she had just made an exception for another customer who appeared much healthier. When I explained that I had COVID, was highly contagious, and actively vomiting, I was told to simply wait inside — a request that showed no regard for my health or the safety of others.
