This is the second time I've gotten off the phone with Tori in the Pharmacy (Store #8308) and have had to calm HER down. I'm a medical professional and understand how busy the profession can be. This place is a disgusting joke. Our doctors will call in a SINGLE very common rx and it is not ready FOR TWO FULL DAYS!!!! WTH is this? I've never experienced anything like this in my life! What do these people there DO ALL DAY???? I recently used their automated system and phoned in for a (very commonly used medication) refill at approx 9am; the automated message told me it would be ready for pick up that day after 2pm. Ok.
