Wonderful team and great service… most improved CVS as they had to build back from scratch after the Marshal fire.
Your automated AI assistant when you call the pharmacy is absolute trash.
I dont know why so many of these reviewers are so mean. The staff have always been friendly, willing to answer questions, and also helped me get the best price for my prescription.
Went to the Boulder pharmacy to refill a prescription. They said they would transfer it to Superior. Drove all the way up here to meet the rudest pharmacy assistant I've EVER encountered. I said Boulder said they would put a hold on it, she said they didn't. I said I did an order over the phone as well....she said that didn't matter, and it would be 1/2 an hour wait. Impossible to get someone on the phone, it only goes to voicemail and the AI system is aweful
