I’ve had nothing but friendly service here over the years. Not only is there rarely a wait, I once had the pharmacist help me find an online coupon for a medication that my insurance only partially covered. I kid you not when I say I walked out with a script originally quoted at over $1,000 for…free. It was unreal. Very fast with vaccines, even when you can tell they are busy with other tasks. Have always been helpful with saving me money on prescriptions.
This pharmacy is by far the worst I've dealt with. I moved to Superior in the spring and chose this pharmacy due to a lack of other convenient options in the downtown Superior area. I have called and left messages and have never gotten a return call. Recently my doctor changed a medication, a similar medication within the same class but one my physician deemed more effective for my condition. Easy to make vaccination appointment. I arrived on time and I got my shot on time. Highly rate this Pharmacy.
Michelle is the most helpful pharmacist I’ve worked with. She is attentive, caring and diligent. She returned my calls expediently, researched and encouraged and helped me find a Rx savings card. I’m glad she’s my local pharmacist!!
