So a few things gs with this Pharmacy, there's a few woman in there that need to find other careers because their customer service is horroble, some skinny bony woman with long hair always has an attitude, acts like she hates that she has to help people and one time she gave me the wrong script and when i tried to take it back and she tried to argue with me that she didn't do that. Don't know what the others are talking about. I use this pharmacy frequently, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. I've used them since they began. I still receive excellent service. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and curteous.
we started going a few weeks after they first opened, and the staff was great!! WAS? is right!! I have been disabled about 15 years now and have never been treated disrespectful by any other pharmacies or CVS for that matter like i have been at cvs Leander! The RUDENESS and the IGNORING is done i am switching pharmacies!! Still there is a great Pharmacist there named Jerome and his partner an older sweet lady with glasses!! We got the most Horrible service in the world here , they where so rude, My father fell from a building working out of town and we needed to get his medicine. When we went to get our perscription filled at CVS, they acted like we where liars and the perscription was not real. We where going to try to get the number for them but the pharmacist and the cashier in the pharmacy could not even be cortisous enough to look there customers in the eye.
