used to get good service, no longer. not impressed a pharmacist thinks customers no longer matter. not impressed with his and others unprofessional behavior towards customers. Not impressed with lack of good covid safety protocols. McDonald's and taco bell do better. Transferred my scripts elsewhere.

I am not usually a fan of the customer service at CVS, but this visit was different. I received great customer service from Mershelyn! Plus the lady behind me in line had the same DOB as me. � Although the price of your paper plates is unbelievable. It is higher for your house brand than I pay for name brand at a grocery store.SMH
