The pharmacy rarely has the medication I need in stock which is set on autofill. And if they only have half or partial quantity in stock they charge for the full prescription cost and don’t bother to fill the remaining quantity. The hateful pharmacy manager said this is CVS policy. Extremely rude employees too. When I was on hold with another pharmacy to see if they had the correct quantities in stock, she said I either pay (full price) for 40 vs 60 pills or I needed to leave because they were closing in 10 minutes. If I could give one star, I would. I was in line at 7:30 with 2 cars in front of me to pick up a prescription. I got to the window right at 8pm even though the pharmacy tech could see my car he rushed to close the window and refused to give me any time or service. It was hateful and discouraging, felt like they were moving at a snails pace on purpose for people in the drive thru.
