Used to be the most incredibly kind and helpful pharmacists/techs available here, now there's a guy that acts like you have 2 heads if you ask him basic questions. Why is he customer facing? This is a pharmacy, sometimes people will ask "pharmacy" questions. try the other cvs first that's next door and staffs people who can do their job a bit better
I have come here multiple times to pick up prescriptions when they tell me they are ready & they aren’t. I was told last month everything was ready, dragged my kids inside and nothing was! They didn’t even physically have a prescription in stock. Yesterday I was told everything would be ready today. Great. I dragged all my kids in for the pharmacist to tell me no, and that he would not fill anything while I was there…while watching me struggle with little kids. Ok. A great staff and med are always available or can be received in a day or two. If necessary, the staff will provide enough medication to get me through the day if they don't have the full prescription.
We have gone to this pharmacy for years and used good RX with no issues. Today when I wanted to use good RX, I was given the ultimatum to pay full price now or come back in 20min to get the good RX discount. Getting the discount is a 2 second process. Is this some game CVS is going to start playing??
The pharmacist at my location is WONDERFUL. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. I hope she stays in Howell, MI
