Don’t tell a customer you can’t help them after 6 & close the gate on them when they’ve been waiting for you to wait on them since BEFORE 6. You helped 2 customers before me (after 6), so your system doesn’t “shut down” after 6. It was literally 6:06 when you finally got to me - I arrived at 5:50. Couldn’t go inside because your gate was closed inside. Customer service speaks volumes.
We were treated with compassion and kindness. Great service.
One employee looked at my cash like it was foreign when I paid, would you like me to pay in 90% silver or .999 silver? Anyway, I suppose they are not used to seeing cash on a daily basis. Lines are typically long when picking up later in the day I noticed. Otherwise it's fine.
Always polite and helpful. Pleasant to deal with also.
