This is my least favorite pharmacy. You can’t get through calling because the bot will not transfer to a person. The staff are overwhelmed and rude. I will pay more to go somewhere else.
Went to fill a first time prescription, had it in had and realized someone entered my last name incorrectly. They told me to wait 20 minutes to fix it and waited 45 minutes only for them to tell me they could no longer fill my prescription. I tried waiting in line, the receptionist was rude and then I called the pharmacy to talk to the pharmacist. She was equally as rude and hung up mid conversation.
Took calling 5 or more times just to get store hours. Voice response system did not respond to request without getting date of birth…just to get store hours? THAT’S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
Great experience! Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable!
There was no line at the pharmacy. I went right up to the counter. The pharmacy tech was named Ledoux. He was amazing and helped me with all my questions I was in and out in less than five minutes with a great experience.
