The last thing I want to do is get a flu shot if I'm getting yelled at by a pharmacist manager filling prescriptions. All I heard was "MA'AM" "MA'AM" " WANT A FLU SHOT?!" Put a bad taste in my mouth and made me uncomfortable even walking past the pharmacy. Yelling at women should not be on the to-do list.
I’ve consistently had an excellent experience with this pharmacy. The team is always responsive, friendly, and professional. They return calls promptly, communicate clearly, and go out of their way to be helpful. For example, Mary, the pharmacist, returned my call this morning even before the pharmacy opened up! This place is Trash. If you want to wait in line for 20-30 min use this pharmacy. If you want to set you prescriptions to auto fill and NEVER have the auto fill, use this pharmacy. If you want to refill your own prescriptions, because auto fill doesn't work, and want to wait another 3-4 days because they're out of your medicine, use this pharmacy. Absolute joke.
There seems to be a disconnect between the app and reality, tried to talk to pharmacist about getting prescription filled for over a week + she hung up on me. I tried to call back they wouldn't answer. When I was able to speak with someone, turns out it was the head pharmacist who hung up on me.
