I checked in to the pharmacy yesterday for my vaccination appointment only to find out I had accidentally scheduled my appointment at a different location. Pharmacist Gibe was professional and accommodating, calling the other pharmacy to cancel and rebooked the appointment with him. He drew up my vials and administered quickly. In and out in 26 mins despite my mistake. Really good service!
This is my least favorite pharmacy. You can’t get through calling because the bot will not transfer to a person. The staff are overwhelmed and rude. I will pay more to go somewhere else.
Went to fill a first time prescription, had it in had and realized someone entered my last name incorrectly. They told me to wait 20 minutes to fix it and waited 45 minutes only for them to tell me they could no longer fill my prescription. I tried waiting in line, the receptionist was rude and then I called the pharmacy to talk to the pharmacist. She was equally as rude and hung up mid conversation.
Took calling 5 or more times just to get store hours. Voice response system did not respond to request without getting date of birth…just to get store hours? THAT’S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
